Shipping & Packaging
We ship all over the world on a daily basis and you can view our shipping charges prior to checkout. We make purpose-built tri-wall cardboard boxes to protect your work in transit. Please allow 2 weeks for framing and packaging. Once the work is ready we will contact you to organise a convenient delivery date.

Free UK Shipping
We are delighted to be able to offer free delivery on most pictures to any address within the uk. Ceramics and sculptures are shipped at cost.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase once you receive it please contact us to arrange return and refund.

We are delighted to be able to offer free framing to our online customers. We have always felt that when you buy a picture from us you should be able to put it straight on your wall when you receive it and not have to find a local framer.

Our experienced framers will select a frame to compliment your work, using museum quality archival materials, including conservation-grade, acid free mount, European and American mouldings, using wood from sustainable forests and cast Perspex glazing. If you have any specific framing requirements please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your options.

Can I be notified when artworks by a specific artist become available?
Yes, create an account and register your interest.

Do I get an email confirmation of my purchase?
Yes.

How will my picture be framed?
Framing is carried out in our own workshops using high quality mouldings, acid-free mounts and acrylic glazing.

What if I have specific framing requirements?
You can upgrade your frame. Contact us with any specific framing requirements. Our framers are happy to chat with you about bespoke framing.

How long will it take to frame my pictures?
We try to frame works within 14 days. However, if you are in a hurry, let us know, and we will do our best to help.

How can I get free delivery?
If you live in the UK all artworks are delivered for free (books and ceramics excepted).

I don't live in the UK, do you ship abroad?
Yes, we regularly ship all over the world in our purpose made shipping boxes.

Can I ship to a location other than my home?
Yes, when you ship from Goldmark you are given the option to ship to any address that you choose. Note that delivery takes place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm so take this into account when choosing your location.

How do you ship framed work safely?
We make purpose built tri-wall cardboard boxes for shipping pictures. We use high quality acrylic glazing to prevent breakage and damage to the artwork.

How do I arrange a delivery date that is convenient for me?
We will call or email you as soon as your item is ready to deliver and organise a day that is suitable for you.

Can I track my order?
Yes. When you buy online you will set up an account with us. You can then login and check the progress of your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, contact us within 48 hours and we will cancel the order and refund your money.

What happens if my item is lost or damaged?
In the unlikely event that the work arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us. We will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the damaged work (if possible), credit towards another purchase, or a full refund.

If I'm not happy can I return my purchase?
Yes, you can return goods within 14 days after receipt (view full returns details).
