goldmark-41
Goldmark 41
I can scarcely believe that we began our quarterly magazine ten years ago. 41 issues in; here’s to another 41 more to come. Passion projects and works of epic scale are, appropriately, a theme of this year’s Summer magazine, from a visual history of Homer’s Odyssey to a Sisyphean suite of Infernal Dante illustrations. Our current exhibition of Chris Wood oils marks his 40th year as an artist, while we hope to introduce you to a new name – John Holden – whose abstract paintings we think worthy of a major revival. Mike Goldmark

CONTRIBUTORS

Dr Richard Davey is a Senior Research Fellow in Historical and Critical studies at Nottingham School of Art and Design.
