2026 is almost upon us; another year flies by the gallery at breakneck speed. Winter issues of our magazine afford a brief moment of reflection on projects past, and a glimpse of what’s to come. As for next year, we have a calendar quickly filling up with major exhibitions and live music. Do keep an eye out for what’s to come. In the meantime, we hope the New Year brings you every joy. About the Work

2026 is almost upon us; another year flies by the gallery at breakneck speed. Winter issues of our magazine afford a brief moment of reflection on projects past, and a glimpse of what’s to come. We managed to put on four shows by Japanese potters this year, something we’ve never done before, ending with our eighth show of pots by the revered Ken Matsuzaki, whose Shino wares you’ll find illustrating this issue.

2025 also marks five years since Phil Rogers, the man who introduced us to Ken, passed away all too soon. His irrepressible spirit remains with us in the extraordinary pots he left behind him, also celebrated here. As for next year, we have a calendar quickly filling up with major exhibitions and live music. Do keep an eye out for what’s to come. In the meantime, we hope the New Year brings you every joy. Mike Goldmark

    What our customers say
    Wendy

The picture I had arranged to see was ready for me and staff gave me lots of time to look at it and decide, but I loved it as soon as I saw it. No pressure. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. I had great advice on framing and protective glass.

    Paul

Astonishing place. Driving home I realised it was probably the best experience I've ever had in a shop/gallery. I'll be filling my house with their artworks for years to come. A unique place.

    Terry

Just received my Kang-hyo Lee teacup. In perfect condition. I’m so happy with it and I think the international service offered by Goldmark is superb. The staff are so kind and extremely efficient and professional.

    Graham

Goldmark have the most astonishing range, from the very affordable to the upper echelons of the market. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and really helpful. For anyone wanting to start a serious art collection within whatever budget this could be the best place to start.

    David

There is no other gallery like Goldmark. I'm always amazed at both the stock they hold and their ability to regularly source really quite special pieces of art. That, with their friendly, knowledgeable & utterly unpretentious style makes them a delight to visit & to buy from.

    Christine

Their delivery service is 100% reliable and the breadth of work displayed on their website pretty amazing. Above all, unlike other such dealers, I have never been under any pressure to buy. I recommend you give them a try.

    Vanessa

We first visited Goldmark approximately 6 years ago and immediately liked the informality compared to previous gallery experiences. It’s a great place to start or build on your collection. Everyone at Goldmark is very friendly, knowledgeable and will give you as much or as little time as you wish.

    Sharon

Great pots, exquisitely displayed, expertly packed and shipped all over the world! The storytelling about potters and their methods has been extremely helpful, Goldmark is fabulous!

    Mark

Always friendly and helpful staff with an amazing ever changing gallery of wonderful art and studio pottery! Would highly recommend a visit!

    Philip

We have bought prints and pots from Goldmark over many years and our house is the richer for the collections we have built up. The framing and delivery service are faultless.
