Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy periods or for items that require framing, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you informed.
UK Shipping
Most items ship free within the UK. Ceramics, sculpture, and other fragile works are carefully packaged and shipped at cost:
- Ceramics & Sculpture: £4.45–£60 depending on size and weight
- Prints (framed/mounted): £15–£20
- Books, catalogues, DVDs & vouchers: £1.45–£26.50
- Magazine subscriptions: £14–£21
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Rates vary by destination and item type:

Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Ceramics & Fragile Items
We take exceptional care packaging ceramics, sculpture, and other fragile works. Each piece is individually wrapped and double-boxed where necessary. Due to the specialist packaging required, a shipping contribution applies to all ceramic and sculpture orders, including UK deliveries.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched:
- UK: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 working days
- Australia, NZ & Japan: 7–14 working days
- Rest of World: 7–21 working days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the UK, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.
